Board the evening Volvo bus from Delhi. Overnight journey through scenic highways and foothills of Himachal. Reach Shimla by early morning.
Guests will be picked up from the Shimla Volvo stand. After departing Shimla, a halt will be made en route for freshening up and breakfast (excluded from the package).. Drive from Shimla to the Baspa Valley (Sangla / Rakcham). Enjoy pine-covered mountains, Sutlej River views, and apple orchards en route. Evening at leisure to enjoy the chilly mountain air.
Early morning departure towards Tabo. Stop at Khab Sangam, the confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti rivers. Visit Nako Village – explore the frozen Nako Lake (a highlight of winter). Continue towards Tabo, famous for its thousand-year-old monastery, often called the "Ajanta of the Himalayas."
Visit the ancient Tabo Monastery, rich in murals and Buddhist art. Drive to Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliffside. Stop at the Lingti frozen waterfall – a magical sight in winter. Continue to Kaza, the heart of Spiti Valley.
Excursion to high-altitude villages: angza (Fossil Village) – famous for marine fossils and giant Buddha statue. Hikkim – home to the world’s highest post office (send a postcard!). Komic – one of the world’s highest motorable villages. Return to Kaza and explore the local market, handicrafts, and cafés.
Visit the iconic Key Monastery, the largest in Spiti, overlooking the valley. Cross the Chicham Bridge – Asia’s highest suspension bridge. Optional wildlife spotting in nearby areas (ibex, blue sheep, and if lucky, a snow leopard). Return to Kaza for overnight stay.
Drive back towards Kalpa. En route, visit the mysterious Gue Mummy Monastery, home to a naturally preserved 500-year-old mummy of a Buddhist monk (road and timing dependent).Reach Kalpa, a charming village with stunning views of the Kinner Kailash range.
After breakfast, drive from Kalpa to Shimla. Evening Volvo bus journey back to Delhi.
Reach Delhi by morning with beautiful memories of Spiti’s frozen landscapes and monasteries.

Arrival / Pickup at Shimla: Early in the morning, our representative/driver will receive you at Shimla. After freshening up and having breakfast, we begin our scenic journey towards Sangla / Rakcham.
En route, we visit Chitkul – the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Chitkul is known for its traditional wooden houses with slate or plank roofs, a Buddhist temple, and a small tower. In winter, the village is mostly snow-covered, and locals migrate to lower regions. According to a study by the Centre of Atmospheric Sciences, IIT Delhi, Chitkul is home to the cleanest air in India.

Enroute you will find the amazing view of Satluj & Spiti Rivers at Khab. Nako village which is the first village of Spiti valley region and famous for a beautiful lake. Later on continued the journey to Tabo. On Arrival, Check-In to the Homestay & Retire for the Day. If Time Permits, You can explore the Tabo Market Later on come back for Dinner and Overnight stay at Tabo. tabo,is a small town in Spiti on the banks of the Spiti River. Visit the Tabo village,Surrounded by Buddhist Monasteries which is more than 1000 years old and is considered one of the holiest Buddhist sites in the world. There are several caves nearby which are used by Buddhist monks for meditation in solitude.

Enjoy the Early morning breakfast, Then drive to Dhankar village and visit Gompa which is situated high above the valley. Dhankar village, Is known for a fort and residence of the king of Spiti. The views from this point are mind blowing. Later on move towards pin valley. Kaza,is the sub divisional headquarters of the remote Spiti Valley and known as Heart of Spiti. Kaza is a high altitude or cold desert having close similarities to the neighbouring Tibet and Ladakh regions in terms of terrain, climate and the Buddhist cultur. Pin Valley is located in the Spiti Valley. It is about 35 km from main highway .Best known for the Pin Valley national park, home to the grey ghost of the Himalayas, the Snow Leopard and several other endangered animals and rare plants. Sagnam is the largest village in the valley but the tourism is mainly centered around Mud Village. In winter season mostly it remains closed due to heavy snow.

The village of Langza is known for two things .one the statue of mighty Buddha overlooking the beautiful valley and second fossils. Hikkim village has a post office situated at an elevation of 4,400 m (14,400 ft) and this post office is the highest post office in the world. Intrepid travellers make it this far to Hikkim village to take pride in mailing their letters from the highest post office on Earth.Rinchen Chhering has been the postmaster since its inception in 1983. Komic village is situated above 15000 feet above sea level and the world's highest village, Komic, literally meaning “eye of a snow cock” (Ko – snow-cock, mic – eye), and a Monastery Up There which belongs to Sakya Sect.

Key Monastery is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery located on top of a hill at an altitude of 4,166 metres (13,668 ft) above sea level, It is the biggest monastery of Spiti Valley and a religious training centre for lamas. Kibber is a village high in the Spiti Valley in the Himalayas at 4270 metres or 14,200. The Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary was established in 1992, Eight rare and endangered medicinal plant species have been discovered by C.P. Kala from this sanctuary. Up to 30 snow leopard has been found by wildlife wing of forest department of Himachal Pradesh. Chicham Bridge - Situated at 4150 m, the barren beauty known as Chicham, is a placid village in Spiti Valley. It is quite famous for the bridge that connects the village with Kibber. Rumors around say it’s the highest bridge in Asia, but it’s not. Although, it presents a picturesque setting for a good photo session. The village was inaccessible before, from the Kibber side as it is now, because of the absence of the bridge. Earlier, people used to travel across the gorge on a basket attached to a metal rope. The bridge is a new addition to the infrastructure of Spiti Valley and thus, enhancing the connectivity between Kaza and Chicham.
