FounderI’m Lobsang — born and raised in the breathtaking Spiti Valley, where I also completed my schooling. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in tourism, I started my own company in 2019 with one clear mission: to give back to my community and to show the world the real Spiti. Every trip we create is designed to connect travelers with the land, its culture, and its people — offering an authentic experience that leaves both guests and locals richer in heart and spirit.
Tanzin Pasang
Co FounderTanzin plays an integral role in supporting and managing the company’s operations. Having pursued her studies outside of Spiti, she brings fresh ideas and a broader outlook, while remaining deeply connected to her roots. As a local, she has an excellent understanding of the region and is passionate about empowering the younger generation — especially young women — making her an inspiring and invaluable part of our team.

Trip LeaderSonam, a local from Spiti, joined the tourism industry at a young age. He has been working with our company for several years, gaining solid experience as a guide. Eager to learn and grow, he has a strong interest in expanding his skills and knowledge for the future, making him a promising and dedicated member of our team.

Transport & Field BackupTashi, a proud native of Spiti, has been managing all our transportation with dedication and excellence for over 8 years. Known for his honesty, reliability, and attention to detail, he ensures every journey runs smoothly. Alongside transportation, he also plays a key role in overseeing the company’s on-ground operations, making him an invaluable part of our team.
