All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance payment must be made at least 15 days before the trip start date.
It is your responsibility to carry valid identification, permits, and any other required travel documents. For certain regions in Spiti, an Inner Line Permit may be necessary.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit for high-altitude travel. We recommend a medical check-up before the trip. Spiti Himalaya Tours is not liable for any health-related issues arising during the journey.
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Safety will always be our top priority.
We shall not be held responsible for delays, accidents, loss of property, or personal injuries arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters and political unrest.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
